They are 40 handmade wooden pins to mark the places you have been to or the ones you’re planning to visit, an anchor, an octopus, a compass rose, and a ship with sea-gulls. The latter ones are wooden decals you can easily attach to the wall as a part of the map or alone somewhere else. With and without add-ons, our map looks just awesome. Handcrafted birch plywood pieces, perfected with precise laser engravings, backlit with colored LED lights — this extraordinary LED World Map will brighten up your home any time of the day and become the center of attention! CHARACTERISTICS:
● Professionally made by craftsmen from birch plywood, fromthickness of the Map: 9 - 17 mm (0.35" - 0.66")
● Distance from a wall: 22 - 30 mm (0.78" - 1.18")
● Featuring over four contrasting shades of wood, it is one of our most stylish wall maps. Please notice that color can be different in real life because it is made of natural wood, which has its own shade.
● Due to the size some countries and islands are omitted on the map, so it is not geographical.
ASSEMBLY:
● You’ll need around 3-4 hours for assembly, which can be a great way to spend time with family and friends.
● All hardware and installation instructions are included.
● The map is already set up on the acrylic background. Therefore, you receive only 5-7 pieces, which are very easy to put on the wall.
● The map can be removed from the wall if it’s done carefully. Message us for instructions.
● Some of the islands (the smallest) are without acryl background and without light. You will have to stick them with tape. (which is included)
● Works on 110V/220V. EU/US electrical plugs are available.

Yes, it will stick. However, the adhesion depends on the type and texture of the wall surface. The smoother the surface, the better the result.
The installation process takes a few hours. It can be a fun group activity if you want to do it together with others!
Wait 2-3 hours before opening the box to let the map adjust to room temperature. Once opened, follow the included instructions and watch the video guides. When separating the islands, gently press each piece from top to bottom to avoid chipping.
